We offer custom tailored enzyme solutions and provide extensive technical back-up and analysis reports to our customers via our technical labs. In bakery and brewery products we also provide product development services. Based in Istanbul, we are ISO 9001:2008, 22000:2005, 14001:2004 and GMP Certified. We have also been successfully audited by the American Institute of Baking (AIB). ORBA is an active full member of AMFEP.
